Site specific flip book installation built for Benjamin Moore booth at London Trade Show……………………….

Wooden and steel cabinet feature 9 Museum Grade FlipBooks, each measuring 12"x 10" and featuring a metal chassis, machined spindle assembly, and hand crafted cards.

Each metal chassis contained a gear motor, spindle assembly, timing, and/or position sensing circuitry, and self illumination wiring.

The crank mechanisms contained a shaft and hardware with rotational sensors, bearings, and resistive gearing mechanisms.

Programming and action of the animations was achieved with a Micro controller with motor and LED drivers, along with crank and position sensing inputs.

All animations were hand drawn, printed on canvas cards, and the hand assembled with stainless steel posts.
